We always strive to keep up with the demands and challenges so our immediate impulse is to feel tension and pressure for both the body and mind. Stress can produce two results, one is positive and the other is negative. Normally, death, loss or aggravating scenarios make us feel depressed, angry or distrustful. In this case, overreaction of stress to the body can sometimes lead to health problems. On the other hand, the more positive influence will push us more to creativity and motivation.
